NanoWorks Spectra is a clear, ready-to-use nano ceramic coating that protects non-absorbent surfaces against graffiti, dirt, weathering and corrosion. The coating forms a complete seal and leaves the treated surfaces highly hydrophobic. The ETC properties causes organic dirt also to loose its ability to stick or cling to treated surfaces, resulting in a low maintenance surface, saving you time and money - even in the cement and concrete industry.

NanoWorks Spectra forms a permanent barrier layer that bonds chemically with the substrate. The coating cures at room temperature. Surfaces protected with NanoWorks Spectra can be cleaned repeatedly without reapplying the product. As such, NanoWorks Spectra is a more permanent maintenance solution.

Conveyor belts in the food processing industry face problems of contamination, chemical impregnation, whether it is from biocidal chemicals or cleaning chemicals, and of course dirt. NanoWorks' Nano Conveyor Belt Coatings offer a solution to these and other types of problems by creating a flexible, yet complete nano-matrix seal on the conveyor rubber. The coating not only prevents the impregnation of any chemicals or fluids into the rubber, but it renders the treated rubber with an ETC (Easy-to-Clean) non-stick surface. This results in a conveyor belt which is much less prone to contamination caused by absorption of chemicals, fluids or other unwanted pollutants.

Maintenance of treated conveyor belts is significantly reduced as a direct result of the reduction of absorbency and the non-stick easy to clean hydrophobic properties of the coating. Indirect results of this effect is a decrease in time spent cleaning or scrubbing the belt and of course a reduction in cleaning chemicals.

An optional add-on feature of NanoWorks' Nano Conveyor Belt Coatings is anti-bacterial properties, which will kill up to 99,99% of all germs coming in direct contact with the belt system.

Metal parts and non-stainless steel rollers of conveyor belt systems can optionally be coating with NanoWorks Spectra, also available as an optional anti-bacterial version.
