NanoWorks Premium Stone & Marble Sealer is a solvent based, complete nanotechnology sealing system for mineral (porous) surfaces such as cement, concrete, grout, stone, granite and marble.  The non-film forming nano-coating generates a hydrophobic and oleophobic effect on nearly every kind of mineral surface without changing the natural look and features of the treated surface.

The advanced German nanotechnlogogy behind this product generates a 2D & 3D nano-net-matrix during the curing process, which reduces the penetration ability of water up to 99,98%.  And since the nano-net-matrix forms such a dense, albeit invisible seal, dirt and other environmental contaminants and deposits cannot stick to the coated surface and can thus be easily removed.

Special Features

The innovative one-coat-technology of NanoWorks Premium Stone & Marble Sealer makes this superiour German nanotechnology product's application as easy as pie. It can simply be applied by spraying, painting, rolling, dipping, etc., even on dense and polished granite or marble surfaces. A single coat application is effective on any type of (porous) mineral surface, whether its horisontal or vertical.

Chemical Resistant

After full curing time of 5-7 days, the nano-net-matrix produced by NanoWorks Premium Stone & Marble Sealer hardens to the extend of being resistant to chemicals susch as bases and acids between the range pH 2-13.

ETC (Easy-to-Clean)

Even though the nanoscopic seal produced is invisible, but yet fully breathable, the sticking ability of organic dirt and mineral deposits are reduced to such an extend that the treated surface can very easily be cleaned or (just) rinsed.

Durable

Cleaning frequencies, methods of cleaning, mechanical abrasion, traffic, etc. are all factors influencing the durability of any paint or coatings. Under normal mechanical wear, Premium Stone & Marble Sealer last up to 3 years.

NanoWorks Premium Textile is not merely a surface film. Static Protection

Premium Textile is anti-static and when static materials, e.g. wool and cotton, is treated with Premium Textile, a noteworthy combination of antistatic and super hydrophobic properties is achieved.

Heat Resistance

Premium Textile is heat resistant as a result of the nano particles which in itselfs can withstand temperatures up to 350°C. Treated textiles thus gains this heat/fire-resistant properties to some extend.

Economical

Usage: 10-25ml/m². Also, the coating last between 6-10 washing cycles, but the washing cycle of treated textiles and cleaning chemicals needed are largely reduced, as treated materials stay cleaner for longer.

NanoWorks Premium WoodGuard SD is a slow drying, mineral-solvent based,
complete nano sealing system for dry wood surfaces. The self-organizing anti-adhesion nano-resins generates an invisible nano-coating with strong hydrophobic and oleophobic properties for all kinds of wood surfaces.

The nanoparticles buillds out a 2D and 3D nano-net-matrix over few days' curing peroid, which forms a very strong bond from within the timber firbes. This results in long lasting benefits and in addition to its exellent properties, NanoWorks Premium WoodGuard produces a hardened surface matrix which is somewhat abrasion resistant and also provides protection against bases and acids ( pH 2 – 13) apart from the coatings excellent ETC (Easy-to-Clean) properties.
